If you don’t recall, or need a refresher, Together With Me: The Next Chapter is a Thai BL series that follows the story of college freshman, Korn, and his friends as they navigate their way through love, loss, and everything in between.
The ninth episode picks up right where the eighth episode left off, with our protagonist, Korn, being taken to the hospital after fainting from low blood sugar.
As Korn is being treated by the doctors, his friends and family start to arrive one by one to check on him.
First is his best friend, Tee, who was the one who found Korn unconscious and brought him to the hospital. Tee is clearly worried about his friend and is relieved when the doctors say that Korn is going to be alright.

Next is Korn’s father, who is not so easily reassured. He’s angry with his son for not taking care of himself and not letting anyone know that he was sick.
After a few stern words, Korn’s father finally relents and tells his son that he loves him before leaving the room.
Korn’s mother is the next to arrive, and she’s visibly shaken by her son’s condition. She tells him that she’s been worried about him ever since he moved out of their house to go to college.
Korn tries to reassure her that he’s fine, but his mother is not convinced. She tells him that she’s going to talk to his professors and see if they can help him with his studies.
Korn is not happy about this, but he doesn’t have the energy to argue with his mother.
The last person to visit Korn in the hospital is his girlfriend, Sandee.
